SHIPPING POLICY
At Roco and Xander, we offer a flat-rate shipping fee based on your order total. This fee covers processing, handling, packing, and curbside delivery. Please review the details of our shipping services below.
Flat-Rate Shipping
- Standard Shipping Fee: 10% of your order total

In-Home Delivery (white glove)
For large, fragile, or one-of-a-kind products, an additional $150 surcharge will apply to ensure the best delivery experience, with an in-home delivery service.
Once your order reaches the local delivery hub, you will be contacted to schedule a delivery window (Monday–Friday, 8 A.M. to 5 P.M.). The service includes bringing the item(s) into your home, carrying up to 1 flight of stairs, and disposing of packaging materials.
Note: In-Home Delivery does not include assembly, moving existing furniture, or making modifications to your home.
Please ensure products will fit into your home by measuring doorways, elevators, stairways, etc. as all furniture items are final sale.
Estimated Shipping Times
Shipping times may vary by order. A tracking ID will be emailed to you the day your order ships out so you may easily track your order. The estimated shipping times below represent the approximate amount of time your order will be in transit once your order has left the factory:
Orders sent via UPS or FedEx Ground are delivered on average 3-7 business days after the order leaves the warehouse facility.
Orders sent via a Freight Carrier are delivered on average 2-3 weeks after the order leaves the warehouse facility.
Orders sent via a In-Home Special Care Delivery Service are delivered on average 4-6 weeks after the order leaves the warehouse facility.
NOTE: These shipping estimates represent the time it takes for an item to reach your home AFTER it leaves the location and do not include production time for out of stock or made to order items. When you purchase a product from us, any shipping times we provide are ESTIMATES ONLY and actual delivery dates may vary. In addition, if you elect to use our In-Home Delivery Service, you will be required to make an appointment for delivery and are responsible for any storage fees or held shipment charges.
